Private Dining Perfection

Our restaurant is also equipped with a walk-in seating option for those who did not make a reservation.We look forward to hosting you at Shantel’s Kitchen & Cocktails! Please review our reservation details below so we can provide the best possible dining experience for your party.Reservations • We accept reservations for 2 to 60 guests. • Walk-ins are always welcome and will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Large Parties & Deposits
To confirm large party reservations, a non-refundable deposit (applied to your final bill) is required: • 10–14 guests: $50 • 15–20 guests: $100 • 21–30 guests: $150 • 31–40 guests: $200 • 41–50 guests: $250 • 51–60 guests: $300
Gratuity & Payments • All dine-in checks include an automatic 18% gratuity. Parties of 10 or more include a 20% gratuity. • A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions to help offset processing costs. (This fee is not more than what we pay. We do not surcharge debit cards.)
Reservation Guidelines • Dining Time: Your table is reserved for 2 hours. • Arrival: Seating begins once at least 75% of your party has arrived. • Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided before the table may be released to waiting guests. • Seating Requests: We do our best to honor seating preferences, but they cannot be guaranteed. • Kitchen Hours: Our kitchen closes nightly at 11:00 PM.
Reservation Management • A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Your information is processed securely. • Reservation changes may be made online through ToastTables up to 48 hours in advance. • Deposits are non-refundable but will always be applied toward your bill.
